What Supplements Do You Take Today?

In my article yesterday, I mentioned that I grew up taking vitamins. Having them stuffed into my mouth from an early age, I guess, despite all that Big Pharma and the Medical establishment have done to try to discredit them, I have always been open to it. I seriously think that it was historical stories about the Europeans crossing the Atlantic and getting scurvy from lack of Vitamin C. I always thought, what morons they were. They could just take a Vitamin C tablet.

Note to my 8 year old self. You will learn soon about that.

I also would pay attention to the vitamin contents on food packages. At first it was probably imitating my parents who would obsess on the

The logic of taking supplements was always pretty clear to me. And I have generally followed a regiment of a Multi vitamin and Extra C.

Then C0V ID Happened

As far back as I can remember, there is a push in the public to be mindful around Flu season (sometime between September and April every year). You are advised to wash your hands, be careful in public and maybe get a Flu shot. And its a Maybe because they also admit that most Flu shots cover from 10-30 variants for the Flu and there is a possibility of about 120 strains of Flu that could hit during the year. So the shot offers you “protection” from about 1/4 of the potential viruses out there.

In the off chance that you contract the Flu, you can either ride it out or take Tamiflu which could help you fight it off. And with that, The Flu was killing between 50,000 and 100,000 people a year – primarily old people or medically compromised people.

And up until CV19, that was all there was too it. Now admittedly, Tamiflu did not seem to do anything for CV19, and then people started dying all over the place. So very quickly, the medical establishment decided that the only course of action was a vax ine. And any other potential mitigation techniques were to be ignored.

So as we socially distanced, masked and psychotically washed ourselves, sitting around waiting to die, The naturopaths started spreading evil information about keeping yourself healthy. Which included a healthy diet and specific antioxidant supplements: vitamins C, D and Zinc. Which shortly after lockdown became impossible to find in the stores.

They also recommended healthier diets and exercise.

Since the Medical establishment does their damnedest to ignore the usefulness of these two techniques people are pretty much on their own to figure out what works best for them.

My Plandemic Cocktail

I pretty followed pretty close to the recommendations for Vitamins for being healthy:

Vitamin C – There are hundreds of different variations of this. I was using one that had Extra D and Zinc. I do not do chewables.

Vitamin D – NO one wants to admit the the body’s #1 source of Vitamin D is self generated by exposure to the sun. D comes in little softgels.

Multi Vitamins – I use basic run of the mill multi vitamins. When you buy expensive ones from GNC or the bougie Vitamin stores, they tend to make your urine a super bright yellow color – something that always told me they must be working. But the Walmart versions rarely do.

Osteo BiFlex (The Generic version that costs half as much) – I have been suffering from arthritis pain in my knees and am looking for anything to reduce the pain.

NOTE: In addition to taking supplements, you should consider dosages. There are some substances that you do not want to take too much of. There are others (C &D being 2 of them) that the recommended Daily Allowance is far short of what your body needs for maximum efficacy. Google it. There are people who have the guts to admit it. Since I do not know for sure, I cannot be one of them. Who needs the Vitamin Police coming after me.

RESULTS: Other than allergies last this summer, I have been clear for the past year and a half. We also found some Vitamin C/Zinc throat lozenges. They tasted nasty so we didn’t use them.

Things About Supplements to Avoid

Since the Vitamin industry has been operating for the most part without FDA scrutiny, the efficacy of supplements is constantly questioned (especially by Big harma and the Medical Industry). Let’s discuss some things to avoid.

First, you want to avoid anything from questionable manufacturers. Many of the times, if made overseas, these supplements are made using the same equipment as other products which could taint the batch.

Second, avoid anything that is much cheaper than competitors. You want to only ingest the best quality supplements, and if it’s cheap in price, it’s low in quality.

Lastly avoid free trials like the plague. These are some of the biggest ongoing scams all over the internet. You will be asked for your credit card to be charged for only the shipping fee, but these scamsters will enroll you in a monthly auto rebill scheme without you even knowing it.
