Happy Monday! The Secret of Happiness is Freedom, and the Secret of Freedom is Courage.

What a weekend to celebrate here in the USA. Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse. A solar alignment with Jupiter and Mercury. Oh, and the 4th of July – US Independence Day.

As Fear porn is blasting out of the TV set this morning, the story the mainstream seems to be avoiding (though they have been sure to report on the gun violence and murders, is/was the Fireworks.

For our little community, large Fireworks displays are the norm for the July 4th holiday. usually if you plan it right, you can hit 2, and maybe three nights of fireworks.

But with the plandemic, ALL of the public displays were cancelled. Is it ANY wonder that it meant that people flocked to their local fireworks stands for backyard fireworks? Is there ANY shock at all that people have been actively seeking out ILLEGAL bigger, brighter fireworks? Anyone who says they are surprised by it truly must have their heads buried in the sand.

Growing up in Southern California, the holiday was always about street fireworks. Did you go to a Red Devil stand? Or one of the cheaper ones?

My dad was always the source for illegal stuff in our neighborhood. He worked in the warehouse district where people traded in such things. And he would always come home with bricks of firecrackers, lady fingers and M80’s as well as exotic, larger wilder fireworks than anyone else could find.

So why do people light these things off? The gunpowder smell? The element of danger? Because its fun?

But definitely, the number of backyard fireworks displays went up. And it is a statistic I would really like to know. These are the pieces of information that really get to the heart of what people are doing and thinking.

After months of plandemic lockdown, people want to get out and do things. We had a month worth of The Purge riots showing us this. The lamestream media exhaults in the riots (ooops I mean peaceful protests). I read it that as far as July 4th, the media had hoped to punt on it. People celebrating pride in their country does not fit with the narrative they have been pushing that we need a socialist revolution.

I am reminded of the speech in the Movie Independence Day. (I apologize to anyone who actually watched this godawful stinker) But it had a bright point. The President stood up to rally the troops as they were about to attack an impossible alien force.

We’re fighting for our right to live, to exist. And should we win the day, the 4th of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day when the world declared in one voice: “We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight!

We’re going to live on!

We’re going to survive!”

Today, we celebrate our Independence Day!

It was kitchy and tacky. But it captured the idea of why we fight for freedom. I think of it when I hear about the people of Hong Kong protesting against the Chinese governments crackdown on their freedom. We look around the world and imagine all of the people throughout the world (Remember, in the US, we are only a piddling 325 million). Of that 7.8 odd Billion people live without the freedoms that we take for granted?

China, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela – Communism. People have no rights. The government controls all.

Africa, SE Asia, South America – Poverty, Juntas, Drugs, Mob Rule

even in the Western world:

France lives under Napoleanic Law – You are guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

England, Denmark and anywhere where there is a monarch – All the peons not related to “royalty” are seen as second class human beings. NOT AS GOOD.

Middle East, Indonesia, Northern Africa – Sorry. Your freedom is curtailed by Religious law (Sharia).

Question what life is like outside the United States  – where we are protected by a Constitution and Bill of Rights  where it states that ALL ARE CREATED EQUAL. Imagine, in the worlds of John Lennon, what the world is like everywhere else.

Can we improve things here? Definitely. But would I trade it for anything else? Never. And when I see people rioting and protesting to curtail freedom, I am scared.

So July 4th, we celebrate this country. We Bar-B-Q, We picnic. We light off fireworks. And remember we have reason to celebrate.

Hooray for Midpoint Day! Worshipers of the Gregorian Calendar count July 2 as midpoint day (kind of**) – celebrated at 12:00 PM. It is the midpoint of the Gregorian calendar year. Adherants to the unnatural cycles see it as the real middle of summer (unless they are in the Southern Hemisphere and then they call it the middle of winter). So, like Festivus, let’s blow horns and sprinkle confetti!

Since, due to the Coronavirus Second Wave, you will have to curtail your raucous Midpoint Day celebrations. No gatherings of over 25 people. You must wear a mask and practice Social Distancing. No swimming – and in fact stay away from beaches because people are not being safe there! KILJOY has entered the room.

Now that that’s done. . .

Gibbous Moon

The Gibbous Moon phase is the magical time of the month when manifestation is easiest.  People who are born under the Gibbous Moon phase can manifest out of thin air.  It’s a mindset of resonance and it is tied to the power of belief.  Gibbous is magical. 

Archontic energies, which are, in essence, panicking from suffocation, have been using this property/opportunity of Gibbous Moon phase to shape perception and reality.  They have full knowledge of what is coming from higher spiritual realms with the Full Moon.

So what is it that they are working towards?

Who will raise the flag this month? Are they looking to raise the flag? Are they trying to prevent others from doing the same? Is it the Race Riot War? Is it the Plandemic War? PAY ATTENTION

If you have a chance, Laura Walker has recorded a very informative talk about Mars in Aries. She has called this time the Perfect Storm. This aspect is certainly a part of that.

Mars entered Aries over last weekend on June 27th and will be there through January 6th. It will dance with the Eris point, retrograde and play around with the Black Moon. Listen to it here:

 

 

**Note that it is only midpoint day in a Common Year. This year is a Leap year, so the midpoint was actually about 12 hours or so before that as the crow flies. So you can still theoretically celebrate it today anyways!

Each month, Suspicious0bservers published a listing of planetary alignments for the month. I always look forward to it on the first day of the month so that I can include them in the daily reports here.

Alignments of the planets are not obvious on the astrological charts . . . usually. Geocentric (involving the Earth and the Sun are) can be seen by looking at either the Sun or the Earth on the Astrology Chart. If there is another planet in exact conjunction with the Sun or Earth, you have an alignment. Like today. Mercury is within a half degree of the sun.

Alignments like these represent an energetic similar to the Full Moon or New Moon.  And for Suspicious Observers, these are particularly important as they offer an increased chance of Earthquakes. Consider that for a moment. This alignment can offer suck torque on the planet that it can cause a tectonic shift.

Additionally, it can increase the instance of solar activity (sunspots).

WHAT A MONTH

As far as alignments, Suspicious0bservers noted that this month they have been looking forward to since 2013. It is a time when “the planetary geometry has become interesting again, and should remain interesting for months at a time.” All of the planets in the solar system are within the same quadrant (1/4 slice if pie, of the sun was the center).

Think about it. Laura Walker has been talking about this time as a “Perfect Storm” astrologically. I would say that Astrology and Astronomy are in agreement (alignment???) for sure.

Tomorrow will show another alignment – not Earth related. The Sun, Venus and Saturn will align. And we will be only 2 days in.

What do you do on a day after heavy energetics? If you read my post yesterday, I outlined a lot of the heavy energetics from my personal chart.

For those wondering, I survived. In fact, it went pretty well.

I planned very little for the day. That being said, I was running errands most of the day. It gave me a lot of time to listen to music.

Songs that were with my throughout the day included Give me Strength by the Alarm, Everyday by The Dave Mathews Band and Broadway by the Goo Goo Dolls.

The Alarm song was for obvious reasons and it came to me soon after I woke up. Everyday was with me early today. I think it was a subconscious reminder to let things flow. It was also the inspiration for the Happy Monday quote. The quote itself was a paraphrasing of a quote from Og Mandino:

“Today I begin a new life. Today I shed my old skin which hath, too long, suffered the bruises of failure and the wounds of mediocrity. Today I am born anew and my birthplace is a vineyard where there is fruit for all.”

The quote itself was way too negative for Happy Monday, so I played with it.

Broadway came to me later in the day. I heard a news story that Broadway would remain dark through the end of the year. I worked in theaters many years ago. “Dark” days were significant. Shows are big on the weekend, so the actors need a day or two off. Those are “Dark” days. And the song goes “Broadway’s dark tonight. A little bit weaker than you used to be.”

GROUNDING

Grounding is always a powerful way of handling raw energy.

For me, it began with morning meditation. A simple clearing of thoughts and preparing for the day.

In addition to the mental preparing, there is also the physical. So I spent time in my garden, barefoot. The act of touching the ground and electrically connecting with the planet. Besides, my lettuce needed weeding.

Happy Monday! Today begin your life anew. Shed the old and embrace a bright new week!

As I write this, the Black Moon is exactly transiting my natal black moon. This only happens every 8 years or so, so it begs taking notice.  It is happening as the Moon is opposing it, so there is a lot of crazy energy – at least for me.

It is times like these that we want to be paying attention to out own astrological charts.

This is a day I have been paying attention to since last September. It was in September that I was reviewing my chart and noticed a lot going on with The Black Moon and Chiron. They have been dancing together between my chart and the days’ energetics.

For the Black Moon, that means my Core Fear of Unworthiness. Luckily I shed that crap a few years back. There is much to be said for self actualization and the power of meridian tapping. That being said, it is good that I pay attention to these energies. It is like swimming in the ocean and paying attention to an undertow. It has the power to pull you under. But I am a strong swimmer.

I looked at my chart further for the day and realized I am dealing with a number of exact conjunctions:

Mars exact conjunct my natal Chiron

Chiron exact conjunct my natal Saturn

Black Moon conjunct my natal Black Moon – Opposing the Moon

Uranus Conjunct my natal North Node

Venus Conjunct my natal Sun

North node Conjunct my natal Mercury

Saturn Opposing my natal Jupiter

Neptune Opposing my natal Uranus and Pluto

Its a lot to unpack. All of these have potential boons and challenges.

Needless to say, I will be PAYING ATTENTION to a lot today.

Sorry for the personal diary for the day. It started as an explanation for the absence for the past 3 days. I posted the weekend charts in a single post this morning. And wanted to give a short explanation for where I was. No interesting trip to the shore. Just dealing with the energies.
