Yesterday was a learning day. SpaceX was teaching millenials what it was like to watch a rocket launch. All of us oldies have seen enough of these where there are endless delays and scrubs.
I loved in the movie The Right Stuff (about the Mercury Rocket program) when the astronaut chose to pee his pants rather than delaying the launch again for a pit stop.
After seeing Challenger explode, I stopped being upset by the delays. While and additional delay would not have prevented that, the idea that they are trying to do everything for safety does not bother me in the least.
So we wait a couple days before 2 more humans venture out into space.
