I saw another meme on Facebook that really made me think. And at first, think about whether it was a bunch of BS. Reading it, I was somewhat in disbelief. But worse, considering it was a meme on Facebook, afraid to share it in case it was all a lie.
It was in regard to DOGE – the office of Government Efficiency. AKA Elon Musk’s own personal government investigation firm to shake down the Deep State. From the time Trump and Elon started talking about it, the Cabalists heads have been exploding.
On the surface, everyone should celebrate the idea of auditing our government to make sure that the money that they are taking from us is actually being used properly (whatever that means). The fact that they are going so insane about it show that the bodies are being dug up and will very publicly be displayed. Despite the best laid plans of the lamestream media.
But anyways, the questions surrounding DOGE and how and why it exists and whether or not it is legal or constitutional have been receiving the highest coverage in the past month. Intentionally. But the funny thing is that all the outlets screeching about it don’t want to really dive in to how they are doing it. And let me tell you, the story behind it . . . is making me laugh my ass off.
So here it is:

I came across a lawyer, Tom Renz, who actually read Trump’s DOGE Executive Order [as have I] and, expecting some illegal power grab, found it to be airtight. Turns out Trump and Musk didn’t create anything. Obama did.
Obama created United States Digital Service (USDS) in 2014. It was meant as a bureaucratic patch job to fix the Obamacare website meltdown.
Fast forward to 2025. Trump rebrands it DOGE (United States DOGE Service). Keeps the acronym, keeps the funding, but gives it a whole new mission: Find the Receipts
Legally untouchable because it was already fully funded and operational. Trump invokes 5 USC 3161, which allows him to create temporary hiring authorities. DOGE teams get embedded inside every single federal agency. Each team consists of a lawyer, HR rep, a zoomer nerd, and an investigator. They report to DOGE, not the agency they’re embedded in.
But wait, there’s more! Trump invokes 44 USC Chapter 35, which governs federal IT and cybersecurity oversight. Since USDS was originally an IT oversight body, DOGE now has full access to all federal data systems. Yes, that’s right. All of them.
His executive order is written to block legal challenges. Includes language that overrides conflicting executive orders. Orders every agency to comply. Refusal means they violate presidential authority.
Congress can’t defund it because it’s not a new program, just a repurposed one. DOJ can’t sue for overreach because Trump used existing laws exactly as written. Democrats trying to file legal challenges run into standing issues because DOGE operates within existing frameworks.
Obama literally built the perfect Administrative (read: Deep) State IT backdoor. Trump and Musk just hacked the system and took the admin controls. Musk now has legal oversight of every major agency’s internal systems. The Administrative State can’t stop it without rewriting multiple federal laws.
They legally outplayed the system and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
Obama created DOGE.

We have known that the Obama administration weaponized the government. When in power:
- They invaded every department and agency,
- They planted loyalists in all the positions of power,
- They rewrote the rules (mostly through Executive Orders) – always remember the quote “I have a pen”
When Hillary lost, the government was completely designed to continue doing all the same things it always did under the previous administration. NOTE: If Hillary had won, she would have faced the same thing, though they would by and large be doing what she wanted too. But the reins of power would be questionable.
This helps explain how so many of the plans that Trump had in 2016 seemed to fizzle out. How agencies would not implement his policies or slow walk them. How information was constantly leaked to the media whenever they wanted to change public opinion. And it was not like the Media would have come to the rescue.
DOGE has been so much fun on so many levels. Seeing that it was created as a result of an Obama era power play that has been turned on its nose is just righteous justice.
NOTE: anyone who can find that this is not the truth, please tell me and show proof. This has just been a too good to be true event. I keep expecting for the shoe to drop. I hope not though!
