Are You Ready?
Something concerning happened to me a few weeks back that got me seriously thinking about myself – and specifically about my own physical fitness. I had to step between two of my teenage sons who were beating the crap out of each other. Boys will be boys. However, we as parents are supposed to mitigate such things.
Unfortunately, being drawn in, I took a few punches and had to do some wrestling before the two of them were separated.
