August 8 brings us an astrological event called the Lion’s Gate Portal. On this day a portal “opens” in the sky, offering flow of energy between the spiritual and physical planes

This “portal” opens as a result of the Leo Sun aligning with the star Sirius, the Orion belt and the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt

Astrologers consider this an magical day for manifestation, or concentrating on what you want to make it a reality. You can intentionally create your reality through beliefs or pattern actions.

Tell the universe what you want and wait for it to answer your call

Whatever it is that you most desire, begin by focusing on it and writing it down. Then take action steps towards making it a reality in your life. With time and practice, you will find that manifesting becomes easier and easier – until it becomes second nature.

Southern Hemisphere Imbolc

I was reminded by a friend in New Zealand that August 8th is Imbolc down in the Southern Hemisphere. Up here we often forget the season are switched down there. They are seeing this first signs of spring.
