Happy Monday! Make Monday the day of your triumph, stay brave, strong and reach for success!

What does today have in store for you? Do you have plans? Back to work? Same old same old?

The gardening tips over the weekend were to take a break – bad for planting. So I did that. But have 2 patches to turn over today, a rabbit fence to put up and tomatoes and peppers to plant.

Also, out local township has spring cleanup week and will take up to 5 large items in the garbage without having to pay extra. So I will start putting stuff out today. Out pick up day is Thursday. But as we have found, when you put stuff out by the curb (we have an alley in the back), it often magically disappears. I may be able to make out 5 items turn into 10 or more if I play my cards right.

Staying Healthy During a Global Pandemic

This morning on Facebook, I responded to a very pointed question that is not being addressed in the mainstream.

Does anyone have any video clips or articles of Trump, Faucci, the Surgeon General, the WHO, the CDC, or any other experts advising us on what we can do to strengthen our immune systems?

If you were responsible for keeping millions of people alive during a pandemic, wouldn’t you want them to be as healthy as possible?

Now, this was coming from someone I know is interested in a Healthy lifestyle and diet, so I believe it was completely made to expose that our public officials are saying absolutely NOTHING about how to stay healthy. He out’s the stooges at the top, but you can follow it all the way down to the states, the cities, townships and even the neighborhood watch/FEMA captains. Outside of staying indoors, away from everyone, washing your hands, sanitizing and wearing a mask, advice is bubkiss.

And why would they. The “Healthcare” system is not in place to provide “healthcare.” Rather it is in place as part of the monopoly held over “medicine.” The alphabet agencies (FDA, AMA, CDC, WHO, etc. etc. etc.) hold the patents, make the laws and rules. They allow Big Medicine, Big Education, Big Pharma and Big Insurance to act as the traffic cops and enforcement arms. And all of us to pay the bills and keep them going.

One of my “favorite” examples of how bad this is comes from fmr President BHO, even before declaring that if we liked our doctors we could keep our doctors, declared, “WHAT WE NEED IS MORE AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE.”

I am here to say we DO NOT NEED AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE. We need affordable Healthcare.

That being said, we need healthcare that actually supports a lifestyle that we enjoy, keeps us healthy, and as far away from pharmaceuticals as we can ever be.

We ain’t got that.

I am going to start a list and ask for user input. I AM NOT A DOCTOR. So these are good ideas to stay healthy.

Vitamin C

Vitamin D

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

I know this is a simple list, but I am running out of time and want to publish this ASAP.

So please share your thoughts and Ideas. I will compile this into a better, more comprehensive list that I am sure that Google and Facebook will ban and banner with Fake News banners to discredit me. So please keep your thoughts coming

PS I am sharing the PIR Health Report from this weekend. It is great advice from Phoenix and Bob Gilpatrick about how to create a better relationship with your Healthcare practitioner.
