In addition to Good Friday, yesterday ushered in the next Moon Phase – The Disseminating Moon Phase. Its also known as the Waning Gibbous phase. It follows the Illumination of the Full Moon and it begins the time where we want to talk about and share our experiences. I was born under the Disseminating Moon, so I generally feel its pull (like anything gets in the way of me talking).

More on Frequencies

I am calling attention to holidays around the world for many reasons. But primarily it is to be aware of the energy or frequencies that are resonating throughout our world.

I am a believer in The Law of Attraction. Thoughts are things. You put them out into the ether and ask for them to come back to you. Frequencies match and come back to us. I find some of the strongest instances in my life with this is through music. I think of a song in the morning. I then hear it throughout the day. Did I put it out into the ether? Is it a coincidence?

So consider that millions of Jewish people, on Passover, are reciting the same things as they share the Sadir meal. On Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, Christians are putting out the same messages around the world.

When we pray, we are putting out intentions. Are they confessions? hopes? dreams? personal? And is there any process we can follow to make our prayers more “effective?”

Many of the organized religions have this aspect down. Catholics recite Our Father, Hail Mary and The Rosary by rote. Many at specific times of the day. It was not so long ago that the Catholic church only allowed worship in Latin.  Jews prey in Hebrew. Muslims in Arabic. I would hazard to say that from antiquity, the authors knew of the power in words, in sounds, in sequences. This is often repeated in sacred texts as well.

So a single person saying a single prayer offers their own energy into the cosmos. When a hundred, a thousand, millions offer the same intention together, is it more powerful?

Of all the mysteries of life in our history, this is one that I believe to be one of the most well hidden. A secret held in the hands of a few. And these few with the knowledge of the power of these words. How to use them towards whatever goals they may have. The question we must ask is whether these unknown power holders  are worthy of it. If they are worthy of the trust of the masses who follow them.

Power. Intensity. Specificity. Frequency.

Each plays a part in the message that is sent. When we are offering these messages, it is up to us to determine the amount of each. We are limited only by what we know or do not know. And the mystery for us to discover is which is most effective.
